XD1+ MONITORING CAPABILITIES

We designed the XD1+ Personal Dust Monitor so that specific features, such as its monitoring capabilities, would be distinctively superior to all similar products on the market, and give XD1+ a competitive advantage, but also make monitoring for respirable dust as straightforward, accurate, and consistent as possible.

MEASUREMENT WITHOUT COMPROMISE.

XD1+ has a ±10% accuracy for all the dust data that’s collected, whilst other personal dust monitors currently on the market provide about ±25% accuracy. That’s a significant difference, particularly when the data you’re getting is instantaneous and you’re needing to make important, informed decisions on the spot.

To give XD1+ further measurement range and accuracy, those dust levels can be interpreted in mg/m³, as well as the standard μg/m³, allowing workplaces to interpret the data they’re getting in a way that’s best suited to their needs.

Programmable alarms can also be set between a range of 0.001 mg/m³ and up to 999 mg/m³, giving XD1+ the capability to alarm for breaches of a full range of respirable dust as opposed to just a standard adjustable preset limit.

READY TO MONITOR. READY TO ALERT.

XD1+ combines real-time personal dust monitoring with on-device data logging, providing a record of measurements over time.

On-device logging of dust data on XD1+ is much more user friendly than other devices currently on the market. You get 6 months data collected on device with XD1+, by a 10 second data logging, which is also adjustable up to 60 seconds, making it much more applicable to the process or application where you’re applying your XD1+ unit.

Most personal dust monitors currently in the market only log data from 60 seconds onwards after a certain run time, whereas with XD1+, that’s just not the case; once XD1+ is turned on, you ready to collect the dust data as soon as it started. Of course, on device alarms are a key feature of every personal dust monitor, but with XD1+, we provide a competitive edge for you and your workforce.

Using the free compatible software, BreatheLITE, as well as mobile application BreatheMOBILE, which are both completely free, you’re able to not only pre-set TWA (Time-Weighted Average) alarms, but also use STEL (Short-Term Exposure Limit) alarms on the device, something which isn’t standard with other personal dust monitors currently on the market.

SEE IT. HEAR IT. FEEL IT.

We use audio horns, blinking LEDs, and vibration for alerting users when preset TWA and STEL alarms are breached, ensuring that no matter what environment or hazardous workplace you work, you’re better alerted to potential overexposure of dust with XD1+ than with any other personal dust monitor.

XD1+ provides state-of-the-art monitoring capabilities for whatever environment or risk your workers are exposed to, to make their working day more straightforward, in a way no other similar products currently on the market are capable of.

GOT QUESTIONS?

 XD1+ has a ±10% accuracy.

Dust data can be monitored in µg/m³ on device and viewed in either mg/m³ or µg/m³ on supporting software BreatheLITE and BreatheMOBILE.

XD1+ has a sampling interval of custom 1 second intervals, with a default of 10 seconds.

XD1+ allows you to pre-set limits and measure for Time-Weighted Average (TWA) and Short-Term Exposure Limit (STEL) for dust levels.

XD1+ uses audio horns, blinking LEDs, and vibration for alerting users when preset TWA and STEL alarms are breached.
